2. What is a complaint?

A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction of one of the above persons / authorities with regard to an aspect of the operation organized by iDROPS. It comes about when consultation has not taken away the dissatisfaction. A complaint can be formulated orally or in writing. A complaint can also be submitted about organizations with which iDROPS has a cooperation agreement.

3. Admissibility of complaints

Complaints are not admissible in the following situations:
• Complaints about regulations and the policy pursued
• Complaints that have already been submitted and dealt with
• Complaints 6 months after the date of the related promotion
• Unfounded, anonymous and / or complaints whose importance cannot be demonstrated
to become.

4. Complaints procedure

The complaints procedure is easily accessible and of high quality. In the event of a complaint, you can consult the procedure on our website, whereby you are first encouraged to call us in the context of the complaint. If people wish to formulate the complaint in writing, they will be referred to our general e-mail address that we view daily.

You will receive a reply within 7 days that the complaint has been well received and is being treated. Within at least 10 days an answer will be given as to whether the complaint has been found to be admissible or inadmissible (with a possible referral to the appropriate authority). If iDROPS continues to handle the complaint, the complainant will receive a response to the complaint within 30 days. This answer will be sent by e-mail in a digitally signed letter. If the complainant is not satisfied with the answer, one can always appeal and / or submit a complaint to the Vlaamse Ombudsdienst.

In the event of complaints about violence, harassment or sexual harassment, the complainant can formally submit a complaint to the external prevention advisor or submit an informal complaint to iDROPS, in which the internal complaints procedure is followed.
