If people wish to formulate the complaint in writing, they will be referred to our general e-mail address that we view daily.
You will receive a reply within 7 days that the complaint has been well received and is being treated. Within at least 10 days an answer will be given as to whether the complaint has been found to be admissible or inadmissible (with a possible referral to the appropriate authority). If the complainant is not satisfied with the answer, one can always appeal and / or submit a complaint to the Vlaamse Ombudsdienst.
In the event of complaints about violence, harassment or sexual harassment, the complainant can formally submit a complaint to the external prevention advisor or submit an informal complaint to iDROPS, in which the internal complaints procedure is followed.
